Add this form to your basket in addition to your label order form.If you order a pack of 500 labels, but only add a pack of 100 for heat cutting, you will get 400 labels with traditional cut + 100 heat cut labels.
Hot cutting the ribbons seals the satin threads and prevents ribbon fraying.
It is not required when the label is inserted into an overlock or seam including a zigzag finish, but may be an asset if the label is to be hand sewn onto a garment or added to knitting or weaving .
Cutting is done manually, one label at a time. Please take into consideration additional delays in order processing.
A small variation in seam allowance may occur.
