Shipping policy

Recovery at the workshop: 457 Bilodeau, Matane G4W 3N8.  You will receive a notification when your order is ready to pick up.  Please make an agreement with me to ensure my availability on site before picking up your package.

In Quebec, Purolator is our first choice of shipper : Except the northern regions of Quebec. A signature may be required. If you do not expect to be there to receive your package, please contact Purolator at 1-888-SHIP-123 to schedule delivery. You can also save your address so you don't have to sign for your next deliveries.  

North of Quebec and rest of Canada : your order will be delivered by Canada Post in a package. 

Shipping by insured parcel is highly recommended. If you choose by unsecured envelope, please allow 30 days for receipt of your order.  No complaint will be accepted before this deadline.  On this site, you can choose a regular envelope for small items and as soon as the envelope is more than 2 cm, shipping by Purolator (or Canada Post depending on your location) will be required.
