CONDITIONS OF SALE

Did you get the wrong size?  It happens!  You can return the unworn, unwashed garment (except underwear) in its original condition for a new size (postage at your expense).  Contact me to advise me I will advise you on the best way to pack and post in an economical way.  Return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.  You are entitled to 1 exchange/return per product.  After which, $10 will be deducted for the cost of shipping the products back to you.  I therefore recommend that you validate your measurements.  Applicable on regular priced clothing only.

 

Upon receipt, please examine your garment carefully. You have 7 days to report a problem to me. If unfortunately there was a defect, send me a photo and a description of the problem. The post for the return will then be at my expense. For a return/refund, the garment must not have been washed or worn! Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless faulty) and no refund will be sent until the receipt of the garment. No complaint passed 7 days will be considered. 


CHIC PLACARD only sells daytime clothes and is not responsible if you let your child sleep in their clothes at night.


RECOMMENDED CARE: Pre-shrunk fabrics and fixed colors (avoid vinegar and/or salt solutions which damage the fibers of the fabric). Wash in cold water with mild soap, gentle cycle, flipped upside down. Avoid friction which could give an "aged" look to the garment. Air dry otherwise on gentle/low heat. Avoid bleach (spandex does not support it).

 

Please note that colors may look slightly different in reality than on your computer or cellphone screen.  The layout of the patterns may also change from song to song.  Finally, all the products offered by Chic Placard are products made by me, with heart and attention to detail, but you may find slight variance from one to another.  Rest assured that the quality of each item is a priority for me.
