Labels: Brand Label Templates

For clothes, we will favor labels that do not go too far beyond the clothes so as not to be "attractive".  So if you want to put a label folded in half in the seam, aim for the shortest ribbon possible, either 45 or 50 mm.  Thus the label will protrude only 10 to 15 mm from the garment.

These type of labels are very pleasant to use since they are super quick to install.  You don't need a second machine or do any extra work. You just slip it into the seam when assembling.   It is therefore the most recommended model for clothing.

You need to consider where you will install the label to choose the printing direction of the logo.  Most of the time, since the label is double-sided and in the side of the garment, we print the reverse side in mirror.  But if your objective is to use it on a pocket of a t-shirt for example, consider asking to change the printing direction.

 

  • It is a black taffeta ribbon that is printed in duplicate and that you cut as you go along its length.

  • Measures 15mm wide by 45mm long in total, which gives a square of 1cm visible in the end
  • Ideal for small accessories such as scrunchies or for recording the size

  • Ideal if your logo is taller than wide
  • For clothes like accessories
  • Requires a sewing machine to place the label once our piece is finished
  • Recommended length between 45 and 60 mm
  • We can choose the orientation of our logo on the front and back depending on where we plan to place the label:
    • In the bottom of a sweater
    • In the bottom of a toque
    • On the hem of a pocket
    • between the body of the pants and the waistband
    • etc...

The advantage of this model is that you are less limited by the length of the label tape.  Consider for logos that are taller or contain more detail.

This type of label is the most versatile since it can be used on almost all types of clothing and products.  Very good replacement for faux leather tags and therefore a very economical solution since a taffeta ribbon tag costs 5 times less.  Another advantage of this model is that you are less limited by the length of the label tape.  Consider for logos that are taller or contain more detail.
