Treatment delays

You must consider that the delay before the dispatch of your order is the longest delay according to your ordered articles. This guide is an estimate of average lead times and may vary depending on the occasional volume of orders in progress.

Pre-printed labels in stock	24-48 hours
Fabrics in stock (6 meters and less)	24-48 hours
Fabrics in stock (large quantities 6 meters and more)	1-4 days
Pompoms in stock	24-48 hours
Custom labels to create & to print complete orders & compliant logos	3-10 days
Custom reprint labels	1-5 days

Shipping times

Add to this processing time the shipping time according to the method chosen:

Regular envelope Canada Post	2-30 days
Canada Post parcels	3-10 days
Purolator routier (between Gaspé and Montreal)	24-48 hours
Purolator routier (South, west and north of Montreal) (example: Abitibi)	2-5 days

Please note that Chic Placard has no control over the service standards of these shippers.

When your order is processed and ready for packing, you will receive an email notification and tracking number (unless you have chosen regular envelope). Purolator comes around 2:30 p.m. to pick up the packages. Time starts from pickup. Canada Post parcels and envelopes are sent almost every evening from Sunday to Friday around 5 p.m.

Please check that emails from info@chicplacard are not filtered in your unwanted messages, spam, promotions, etc...

Please do not consider weekends as working days.
